Microsoft is ending all support for SharePoint Server 2016 and SharePoint Server 2019 on July 14, 2026. After this date, there will be no more security patches, no more bug fixes, and no more technical support from Microsoft. Any vulnerabilities discovered after this date will remain unpatched, leaving your environment exposed to attacks, compliance failures, and operational risk.

SE operates under a Modern Lifecycle Policy with no fixed end-of-life date and receives regular feature updates.
